CASTLE CAPITAL’s Capital Markets & Asset Management division consists of the following four main divisions and offers services for our esteemed clients:
1. Mergers and Acquisitions
It is our mission at Castle Capital to identify, create and maximize value for our clients. The M&A team brings an exceptional combination of sell-side and buy-side execution experience and extensive industry relationships among both strategic and financial investors.
We have executed M&A advisory, debt and equity capital raising mandates for top tier corporate and private equity clients across power generation and development; investor-owned and cooperative utilities; oil and gas; real estate; industrial; and transportation sectors.
Supported by a team of highly experienced senior bankers, we provide unmatched service and senior level attention to executives and business owners, including private and publicly held companies and financial sponsors.
2. Financial Advisory
Our industry leading advisors provide clients access to our expertise in capital structuring, evaluation and optimization, project finance advisory, ratings advisory, as well as general corporate finance advisory. Castle Capital has a passion for innovating, structuring and executing unique financing alternatives to produce the optimal results for its clients.
We are able to achieve this through our highly skilled team of senior professionals with complimentary capital markets expertise. Castle Capital is ideally positioned to handle its client’s toughest challenges. 3. Equity Placement
At Castle Capital, we believe that selecting an equity partner is one of the most difficult challenges a company can face. The alignment of interests and perspectives is as important as the capital itself.
We have worked extensively with equity capital providers, raising capital for top-tier sponsors and developers. Drawing on our experience and established relationships, we deliver the necessary access and expertise to help you find the appropriate equity partner to support your growth.
Our equity placement expertise includes a variety of partnership solutions, which may include development equity, permanent common equity, preferred equity or a structured combination of these solutions.
4. Management and Structuring of Debt Instruments

- Discounting of Bank Guarantees and commercial LC’s
- Private investments in trading programs
This division focuses on using the past contacts of the current board of directors and their resources to leverage and trade debt instruments and government bonds available to our firm.
We also discount and arrange credit facilities against BG’s and LC’s for our commercial clients, and sourcing private and corporate investments in private trading programs through our associated company in Singapore.
